Bono Party Equipment Hire
- We are a family-run business located at The Ponds, NSW 2769. We cater for the local community as well as all the surrounding suburbs within the Western Sydney area.
- Our party equipment are commercial white plastic chairs and tables for adults, we also have chairs and tables for toddlers, white or black linen tablecloths for adult tables, white chair covers and coloured sashes for adult chairs, hot water urn, beverage cooler, esky cooler, food warmer (chafing dishes) with or without fuel, festoon lights, halogen lights and backdrop stand, flood lights for backyard events, Bluetooth speaker and microphone for karaoke or just to play music and cake stands.
- We offer delivery services within the Western Sydney suburbs for an extra fee, price depends on the distance. Customers are welcome to pick up the equipment from The Ponds 2769 if they so wish and return them the next day, condition applies, photo ID with current residential address (a current Driver’s License) must be shown as proof of residence. A refundable bond of $50.00 is also required, in some cases the bond may be higher depending on the type of equipment hired. It is refunded back to the customer upon return of the equipment on the agreed day and time and in good working order. Chafing dishes need to be cleaned and dried up before returning them back. Heavily soiled equipment needs to be cleaned before returning them back.
- The products that we hire especially the chairs and tables are reasonably cleaned prior to being rented.

PRICE LIST
- White Plastic commercial chair – $1.50 each
- Rectangle trestle table (1.8m long x 75 cms wide) – $10
- White chair cover with coloured sash ( please see the available colours on gallery page) – $3 each including sash.
- Toddler chair (red, blue, yellow and green) – $1 each. No other colour is available.
- Toddler table (seats 10 kids) – $10
- Toddler table (seats 6 kids) – $8
- Hot Water Urn (30L) – $35
- Hot Water Urn (20L) – $25
- Chai Urn (20L) – $25
- Chafing dishes (food warmer) – $16 includes the fuel lasting 3 hours or longer (optional)
- Linen Tablecloth (white or black) – $15
- Esky Cooler (70L) – $15
- Esky Cooler (50L) – $10
- Beverage Cooler with Tap Dispenser (15L) – $10
- Photography Backdrop with Stand (white, black or green background, 3m W x 2m H) – $20
- Backdrop halogen light – $10 each
- Outdoor flood Light – $15 each
- Festoon Lights (pack of 20 bulbs on 20m string) – $25
- Outdoor gas cooker for large cooking pots – $15 (gas bottle not included)
Please note that during the end of year festive seasons, the price for adult chairs and tables will have a slight increase and will be subject to a strict hire period of 24 hours. Any longer period required will bear additional cost.

Delivery Service
- Delivery service is available for an extra fee, price depends on the distance.
- Customer is welcome to pick up the equipment and return them the following day. A refundable bond of $50.00 or higher is required preferably in cash. It will be refunded back to the customer once equipment are returned on the agreed date, time and in good working order.
Payment
Payment in cash is preferred.
EFTPOS facility is available. AMEX card is not accepted.
In some cases, a deposit is required upon booking the equipment, payment can be done by direct bank transfer, bank details will be sent to the customer.
